Purchase Policy

Refund Policy: Private sessions can be cancelled and refunded up to 48 hours before scheduled time. Cancellation later than 48 hours no later than 2 hours before scheduled time can be re-scheduled. For pre-paid workshops and courses please see the workshop description. Exceptions regarding latest possible refund may occur, in these cases specific details will be given in course description, for example courses arranged as journey retreats. No refunds are possible for any already taken courses, workshops or downloaded material such as online programs or The Foundation.

Purchased physical products can be returned within 30 days if unopened and unused. Please contact camilla@brightauroras.com for details.
